Focusing on improving the atmosphere for intellectual property protection, the seventh BRICS IP Forum will be held on November 18th to 20th,2015 in Shanghai. Being hosted by CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office, the Forum has been co-organized by the other four law offices coming separately from Brazil, Russia, India and South-Africa and has received great support from AIPPI (China) and LES (China).

      On the occasion, judges from the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Supreme People's court, officials from International Cooperation Department of the State Intellectual Property Office, senior executives from domestic well-known enterprises and lawyers from famous intellectual property offices in Brazil, Russia, India , South-Africa and China will make speeches on hot topics varying from “ Development of IP Judicial Protection in China”, “Filing Trend and Quality Policy in SIPO”, “ New IP Enforcement Trends in Brazil”, “Kinds of Trademarks including Non-traditional and Hieroglyphics” to “Policing IP in India” and so on.

      CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office, having spare no effort for the Forum, will, as always, make due contribution for domestic enterprises in creating, using and protecting intellectual property assets and for the protection of intellectual property in Brazil, Russia, India and South-Africa.
