Representative Cases：

1. From 2023 to 2025, Miss LIANG represented a China National Tobacco Corporation in the recognition and protection of well-known trademarks in China, promoted batch-based enforcement of well-known trademarks, and filed oppositions, invalidation applications and cancellation actions against hundreds of similar trademark applications in a concentrated manner. Innovatively applied administrative reconsideration, achieving an overall success rate of over 80% in rights protection.
2. In 2025, Miss LIANG represented a national commercial bank to facilitate coexistence of domestic trademarks at the trademark review stage by means of a coexistence agreement.
3. In 2024, Miss LIANG represented a group in handling trademark distinctiveness cases in Thailand, winning all proceedings including first instance, second instance and retrial, successfully breaking through local trademark examination standards, which is of important benchmark significance.
