In 2023, representing a well-known furniture company to win the second instance administrative litigation for invalidation and obtaining the protection of well-known trademark recognition for the first time in a judicial case.
In 2022, representing a large state-owned construction machinery company to win a trademark invalidation litigation in Turkey, which took 4 years and successfully recaptured the core trademark that was maliciously registered by the local distributor.
In 2020, participated in a series of trademark invalidation and revocation lawsuits for two domestic leading e-commerce companies, successfully invalidating the adverse party’s trademark.
In 2020, representing a large state-owned transformer company to win the first instance administrative litigation of invalidation declaration and obtain the protection of well-known trademark for the first time.
