Ms. Zhao won a retrial of trademark review of opposition case before the Supreme People’s Court on behalf of a reputed American company in 2014. The case was selected as a typical intellectual property case of Guangdong Intellectual Property Protection Association in 2015

Ms. Zhao won an administrative retrial case of trademark review of opposition on behalf of a well-known Japanese enterprise, and won the recognition of well-known trademark for the client before the Supreme People’s Court in 2016

Ms. Zhao won a trademark infringement litigation case on behalf of a reputed American company before the Beijing Hight Court, obtaining well-known trademark recognition and damages of RMB3 million for the client in 2017. This case was selected as an outstanding trademark case 2017-2018 by China Trademark Association

Ms. Zhao he won an administrative dispute case of trademark invalidation request on behalf of a reputed American company in 2017. This case was selected as a typical case of regulation of trademark malicious registration by Beijing Intellectual Property Court in 2017
