Mr. Wu provides full IP services including patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation and litigation. Mr. Wu especially has rich experience in patent prosecution and invalidation. He has drafted a great quantity of patent applications in English and Chinese for international and domestic well-known enterprises and handled over 1, 000 patent prosecuting cases in China covering various technical fields. He represented several famous companies to successfully defend their patents or invalidate their competitors’ patents in China.

Representative Cases:

Represented a well-known Chinese IT company as the petitioner in an invalidation case and successfully invalidated the whole patent right.

Represented a well-known U.S. petroleum company as the petitioner in an invalidation case and partially invalidated the patent right.

Provided a second opinion for a German auto manufacturer in an invalidation case.

Deeply participated in preparation for retrial of an invalidation case of a European telecommunication company.
