Ms. Qian joined the CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office in 2004, where she has been engaged in patent-related work. She has successfully represented numerous internationally renowned companies in thousands of domestic and foreign patent applications, covering a wide range of fields including refrigeration, thermal engineering, fluid machinery, imaging equipment, medical devices, and consumer products. In addition to patent prosecution, Ms. Qian provides comprehensive intellectual property legal services to clients, including patent reexamination, invalidation, administrative litigation, and infringement litigation. One of the patent infringement cases she represented was selected by the Supreme People’s Court as a Typical Case of 2018. Another patent infringement case she handled was included in the “Annual Summary (2024) of Legal Application Issues in Intellectual Property Cases by Courts Nationwide released by the Supreme People's Court.
