2023-2025: Represented the defendant, a leading domestic commercial vehicle manufacturer, both in the appeal and retrial phases of a utility model patent infringement litigation, and successfully overturned the initial judgment that had ruled against our client for patent infringement;
2018-2025: Represented the plaintiff, a leading Austrian furniture hardware company, in multiple invention patent infringement litigations and corresponding invalidation proceedings, achieving favorable outcomes;
2024-2025: Represented the plaintiff, a leading electronics company based in the Netherlands, in an administrative adjudication procedure concerning a design patent, achieving favorable outcomes;
2021-2025: Represented a domestic manufacturer of embroidery machines in a series of invalidation cases, either as the patentee or as the petitioner, and achieved favorable outcomes via facilitating the understanding of complex technical issues by means of video presentations and model demonstrations;
2018-2025: Represented a leading Swiss luxury watch brand in over one hundred invalidation proceedings concerning parasitic design patents, achieving favorable outcomes;
2023-2025: Represented a leading Belgian provider of air compressor solutions in a series of invention patent invalidation cases, either as the patentee or as the petitioner, achieving favorable outcomes;
2022-2025: Represented the plaintiff, a Japanese zipper company, in administrative adjudication procedure concerning an invention patent; successfully upheld the patent through our efforts in the invalidation proceeding;
2022-2024: Represented the plaintiff, a leading German medical equipment company, in an invention patent infringement lawsuit. As a result of the pressure we exerted during the invalidation proceedings, the opposing party was compelled to voluntarily withdraw their invalidation request and pursue a settlement with our client;
2022-2023: Represented the defendant, a British beauty device company along with its Chinese partner, in a design patent infringement litigation. By successfully invalidating the plaintiff's patent, the plaintiff was compelled to withdraw the infringement litigation;
2019-2022: Represented the plaintiff, a sorting equipment company based in the Netherlands, in an invention patent infringement case. Through our efforts, the Supreme Court has partially overturned the incorrect determination made in the first instance concerning "functional features";
2019-2021: Represented the plaintiff, a leading German automobile manufacturer, in a design patent infringement litigation, and achieved favorable outcomes;
2016-2020: Represented a leading Danish actuator manufacturer in an administrative lawsuit against an unfavorable Invalidation Decision, successfully overturning the Invalidation Decision;
2018-2019: Represented a leading e-cigarette company based in Switzerland in a series of invalidation proceedings concerning invention patents, and successfully defended the client’s patents;
2018-2019: Represented a leading US medical equipment company in an invalidation proceeding and successfully defended the client’s invention patent;
2014-2015: Represented the defendant, a US company, in an administrative adjudication procedure concerning an invention patent. Through our efforts in the invalidation proceedings, the opposing party was compelled to withdraw their request for administrative adjudication and reach an agreement with our client and reimburse all costs of our client;
2014: Represented a leading German automobile manufacturer in an invalidation procedure, achieving a favorable outcome. This case was recognized as one of the top ten invalidation cases of the year by the Reexamination Board.
