Representative Cases：

Representing a Danish company who loses in the invalidation procedure to file an administrative lawsuit in 2016, and win the first instance (the second instance is still pending till Nov. 2020);

Entrusted by a domestic client who loses in the 1st invalidation request, to make a new search and file a 2nd invalidation request in 2015 and successfully invalidate the patent.

Representing a company in handling a patent infringement administrative mediation case by Beijing Intellectual Property Office in 2014; with searching the prior art and filing an invalidation request against the patent of the opponent, the opponent is forced to withdraw the administrative mediation request and compensate all the expenses of the client.

Representing a well-known German automobile company to file an invalidation request against a car design patent in 2014, which case was elected as one of the top ten invalidation cases of the Patent Reexamination Board in the year.

Representing a well-known international milk powder manufacturing company in several patent invalidation cases in 2014.
