Representative Cases：

（1）Mr. Huiqing Wang won an EU patent reexamination case on behalf of a Chinese company in 2020. He attended the oral proceedings held by the Board of Appeal of EPC and spoke for the client before the panel so that the Rejection Decision was revoked.

（2）Mr. Huiqing Wang won a pretrial evidence preservation case on behalf of a large equipment manufacturer and represented the client in the subsequent patent infringement lawsuit from 2019 to 2020 so as to protect its interests.

（3）Mr. Huiqing Wang represented a client in a technology secret infringement case in 2020. He helped the client get a mediation agreement by collecting favorable evidences.

（4）Mr. Huiqing Wang won patent infringement cases against multiple infringing parties on behalf of an international company from 2015 to 2019. The request for determination of infringement and for compensation for damages was fully supported by the court.

（5）Mr. Huiqing Wang represented an electronic company in a retrial case. The case was selected as a typical intellectual case by the Supreme Court.

（6）Mr. Huiqing Wang won patent infringement and patent invalidation cases on behalf of a construction machinery company from 2014 to 2015. He persuaded the court to suspend the trial during the hearing of the infringement case and then have the involved patent be invalidated by the Patent Reexamination Board.

（7）Mr. Huiqing Wang represented many other clients in patent reexamination, patent invalidation and patent infringement cases.
