Practice Area：

Mr. Lin's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented international companies, including some of the global top 500, and domestic applicants in medical biology field in patent prosecution. He has handled more than five hundred patent applications and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Genomics and Virology. Mr. Lin has represented clients in comprehensive IP-related fields, including patent reexamination, retrieval, pre-warning and patent infringement cases. In addition, Mr. Lin has also drafted many patent applications (more than one hundred) for domestic clients and handled their prosecutions in China as well as in some foreign countries/regions, such as USA, Europe, Japan, Korea, India, Indonesia, Australia, Brazil and South Africa.
