Mr. Ning's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented multiple clients, including some gigantic transnational corporations, in patent prosecution. He has handled hundreds patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of petrochemical, polymers, pharmaceuticals, and chemical engineering. Mr. Ning has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases, and patent litigation cases. Mr. Ning has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries outside of China, such as the USA, Japan, and Europe.
