Represented a prominent foreign furniture fittings enterprise in a trademark invalidation litigation retrial case before the Supreme People's Court. This resulted in overturning the previous unfavorable trademark invalidation decision by the CNIPA and the unfavorable first and second instance verdicts by the lower courts.
Achieved the first-time recognition of six trademarks as well-known trademarks for both domestic and foreign clients during trademark dispute cases.
Represented a well-known foreign hardware company in a trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation, securing a favorable judgment that held the natural person defendant and the two corporate defendants under its control jointly and severally liable.
