Representative Cases:

Represented a prominent foreign furniture fittings enterprise in a trademark invalidation litigation retrial case before the Supreme People's Court. This resulted in overturning the previous unfavorable trademark invalidation decision by the CNIPA and the unfavorable first and second instance verdicts by the lower courts.

Achieved the first-time recognition of six trademarks as well-known trademarks for both domestic and foreign clients during trademark dispute cases.

Represented a well-known foreign hardware company in a trademark infringement and unfair competition litigation, securing a favorable judgment that held the natural person defendant and the two corporate defendants under its control jointly and severally liable. This case addressed issues of malicious trademark registration, trademark infringement, and unfair competition.

Represented a trademark invalidation administration litigation retrial case before the Supreme People’s Court for a foreign apparel company, earning recognition as an excellent trademark agency case by the China Trademark Association.

Represented a well-known foreign hardware company in a trademark registration invalidation case, recognized as a typical trademark review case by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board in China.

Provided a comprehensive legal opinion and risk assessment report for a renowned ophthalmic medicine and medical device company regarding potential legal risks in artificial intelligence copyright. The insights proved to be highly consistent with subsequent judicial cases in China.

Played a key role in resolving a complex copyright compliance issue for a state-owned company.
