1. In 2015, represented two Chinese exporters of a Chilean company as defendants in the OEM trademark infringement lawsuits, and obtained the court’s determination on non-infringement.

2. In 2015, defensed for a German company accused of copyright infringement, the plaintiff withdrew the complaint.

3. In 2016, represented a US company in an administrative litigation caused by AIC raid action and achieved satisfying result.

4. From 2016 to 2019, represented a Japanese pen manufacturer in litigations involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement and unfair competition and achieved satisfying results.

5. From 2016 to 2021, represented a Denmark company and handled ctrademark infringement, unfair competition litigations and an administrative litigation caused by administrative raid action, achieved satisfying result.

6. Since 2011, filed dozens of domain name complaints with Beijing Office of Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center or CIETAC Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center, successfully retrieved domain names for clients.
