She has handled hundreds patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of Refrigeration, Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Image Forming Apparatus and Household Goods. Ms. Qian has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, some patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases. In addition, Ms. Qian has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries outside of China, such as the USA, Japan and Europe.
