After the second instance, this case was listed as one of the fifty typical IP cases in 2012 selected by the Supreme Court
(2) Participating the litigation team representing Apple Inc. in the second instance of administrative lawsuit on the patent about robot “xiaoi”in 2014, which case was a major concern by the public
(3) Representing Guangzhou Zhiguang Electric Ltd. as patentee in an invalidation procedure in 2015. The opposing party withdrew the request after oral hearing
(4) Representing ExxonMobil as the petitioner in an invalidation procedure and obtaining a desired result to assist the client taking a favorable position in infringement lawsuit in 2015.The involved patent was awarded as excellent China patent in an early year and was difficult to be invalidated
(5) Representing Baidu against Sogou in a series of invalidation procedure, administrative lawsuit and infringement lawsuits since 2016, and winning the whole series

(8) Representing Ali-Pay as defendant in two separate infringement lawsuits and as petitioner in two invalidation procedures and winning all the cases in 2018, one of them was elected by Tianjin Higher People’s Court as an IP judicial protection typical case in Tianjin in 2018
