We are pleased to announce that as of February 18, 2021, Mr. Chuanhong Long has succeeded Mr. Hao Ma as President of CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office. Mr. Hao Ma retired and will continue his services to the firm as Of Counsel.

Mr. Long joined our firm in 1994 and qualifies as patent attorney and attorney at law. He represents domestic and international clients in prosecution, licensing and litigation of patent, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. He has been actively participating in the management of the firm as Vice President since 2009. Mr. Long was selected as one of the leading IPR experts by the State Intellectual Property Office in 2012 due to his outstanding professional performance. He also provides his services to the intellectual property community as Vice President of AIPPI Chinese Group and Vice President of FICPI China Section.

Mr. Long graduated from Tsinghua University in 1993 obtaining master’s degree in engineering. He also obtained master’s degree in law from Peking University.
