The press conference for releasing the list of “2016 China Top 10 IP Litigation Agencies”was held on June 23rd, 2017 by IP House. The final ranking list was subdivided into 7 categories, including  civil copyright, civil patent, administrative patent, civil trademark, administrative trademark, the comprehensive list of IP litigation and the list of brilliant agencies.

To come to the list, a quantitative analysis was made to evaluate the professional proficiency of the agencies thoroughly and accurately, based on the IP judicial documents closed by Chinese Courts from January 1st, 2016 to December 31st, 2016. Five factors, namely, cases handled, winning rate, clients’competence, history and scale of the agency, cases included into typical or guiding cases,were taken into consideration.

Depending on the outstanding achievements in IP litigation in 2016, CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office was awarded as "Top 10 Patent Administrative Litigation Agency in China" and "Top 10 Trademark Administrative Litigation Agency in China".
