He has handled hundreds patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of petrochemical, polymers, pharmaceuticals, and chemical engineering. Mr. Ning has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, patent invalidation cases, and patent litigation cases.
