Practice Area:
Ms. Li's practice focuses mainly on prosecution and litigation of patent. She has successfully represented some major corporations, especially pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology companies, in patent prosecution and litigation. She has handled more than one thousand patent filing and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of pharmaceuticals, and accumulated rich experience in patent prosecution. Ms. Li has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases and invalidation cases before the Patent Reexamination Board, and in several patent litigation cases before the courts.
