Our firm contributed to Thomson Reuters Practical Law IP Chapters in China

CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office was invited by Thomson Reuters Practical Law to contribute to the China chapters of IP in business transactions: China overview and Patents, trademarks, copyright and designs in China: overview. In these two contributed chapters, the firm's attorneys introduced the Chinese intellectual property protection framework, covering laws and practices, and provided a practical guidance for those who are seeking intellectual property protection in China.

Thomson Reuters Practical Law is committed to compiling professional and practical legal files through a large and practical  database, and providing lawyers with legal practice knowledge all over the world.

These two chapters combine the extensive experience of the IP team of CCPIT, aiming to provide a comprehensive perspective for domestic and foreign businesses to understand the legal practice of intellectual property in China. The introductions don't constitute a legal advice. Should there be any questions, please feel free to contact and discuss with us.
