CCPIT has been named winner in the category of Intellectual Property in China Business Law Journal’s 2013 China Business La Awards.

China Business Law Awards 2013 is a celebration of the most innovative and sophisticated legal work undertaken in China in the past year. The Awards are based on nominations received from China-focused in-house counsel and legal professionals around the world. Winners were selected based on a number of factors, including landmark deals, cases, client satisfaction and other notable achievements.

The World IP Survey is presented every year by Managing Intellectual Property. The survey covers over 80 countries and the rankings are based on extensive research among IP practitioners carried out over six months, making it the most comprehensive and authoritative survey of the IP legal market published.

CCPIT Won 2013 Asia IP Awards

Recently, CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office has been awarded "China Patent Firm of the Year" by Asia IP. It is also worth mentioning that the firm was shortlisted for “China Trademark Firm of the Year” as well.

The awards named top patents, trademarks and copyright practices and were resulted by in-house counsel from Asia, Europe and the Americas. More than 5,000 in-house counsels were polled by Asia IP magazine throughout the first part of 2013.
