He has successfully represented some major corporations, especially agrochemical company and pharmaceutical companies, in patent prosecution. He has handled more than 400 hundreds patent filing and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, organic chemistry, and accumulated rich experience in drafting and patent prosecution as well as in some patent reexamination and patent invalidation before the Patent Reexamination Board.
