Her areas of practice include counseling on trademarks, domain names, copyright and unfair competition matters, advising on trademark availability, securing and defending IP rights, filing opposition and cancellation proceedings, requesting recognition of well-known trademark status, negotiating for the acquisition of trademarks and licensing. She represents many well-known brand owners in developing their branding strategies and protecting their trademark rights in China. Jessica's clients hail from motor manufacturing sectors, hotel, apparel, luxury goods, technology, food and beverages, retail and healthcare companies.
