Mr. Xie's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented some major corporations, especially mechanical companies, in patent prosecution. He has handled more than one thousand patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of general machinery, mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, and mining engineering. Mr. Xie has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, some patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases. In addition, Mr. Xie has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and many countries outside of China, such as USA and Europe.
