Mr. Wang's practice focuses mainly on Patent Prosecution. He specializes in physics inventions and general machinery, mechanical engineering inventions and has extensive experiences in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, reexaminations, appeal and invalidation proceeding. Mr. Wang also provides patentability, validity and infringement opinions and advises clients on patent strategy and intellectual property management.
