Mr. Wang's practice focuses mainly on prosecution and litigation of patent. He has successfully represented many major corporations, especially chemical companies and pharmaceutical companies, in patent prosecution and litigation. He has handled more than one thousand patent filing and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of chemical engineering and pharmaceuticals, and accumulated rich experience in patent prosecution and litigation. Mr. Wang has also handled a lot of patent reexamination and patent invalidation cases before the Patent Reexamination Board, and some patent litigation cases before the courts.
