Mr. Tang's practice focuses mainly on prosecution and litigation of patent. He has successfully represented many major corporations, especially pharmaceutical companies, in patent prosecution and litigation. He has handled more than one thousand patent filing and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of pharmaceuticals, and accumulated rich experience in patent prosecution and litigation. Mr. Tang has also handled a lot of patent reexamination and patent invalidation cases before the Patent Reexamination Board, and some patent administrative litigation and patent infringement cases before the courts. Furthermore, Mr. Tang is also directed to some other fields such as administration protection of pharmaceuticals, data protection, plant variety protection, and patent linkage in drug registration. As one of the most famous patent attorneys in pharmaceutical circle of China, Mr. Tang is periodically invited to give lectures to the pharmaceutical circle of China on pharmaceutical patent protection.
