Practice Area:
Mr. Sun's practice focuses mainly on prosecution and litigation of patent. He has successfully represented some major corporations, especially petroleum companies, in patent prosecution. He has handled more than one thousand patent filing and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of chemical engineering, and accumulated rich experience in patent prosecution. Mr. Sun has also handled a lot of patent reexamination and patent invalidation cases before the Patent Reexamination Board, and some patent litigation before the court. He also accumulated rich experience in patent invalidation and patent litigation.
