Mr. Ren's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. He has successfully represented some major corporations, especially chemical companies, in patent prosecution. He has handled nearly one hundred patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of Chemical Engineering and technology, Catalysis, Organic Chemistry, Petroleum Processing and Inorganic Chemistry. Mr. Ren is also willing to represented clients in many patent reexamination cases, some patent invalidation cases and patent litigation cases. In addition, Mr. Ren has also drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and via PCT pathway.
