Mr. Meng focuses his practice primarily on enforcement, licensing, and border enforcement of patent, trademark and copyright. He is also experienced in handling trade name and anti-unfair competition litigation. Over the past 20 years he has handled more than 1000 cases in China in the fields of IP enforcement and some of them were handled before the Supreme People's Court.
