Practice Area:
Mr. Ma's practice focuses on patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation and appeal, litigation and licensing. He has extensively counseled domestic and international clients on other IP issues such as copyright, technology import and export, and border enforcement.

His primary technical specialty covers electronic and electrical engineering, including automatic control, computer software and hardware, telecommunications, microelectronics, computer peripheral devices, and general machines.
