Practice Area:
Mr. Lu has taken part in the work of drafting and revising China's Trademark Law and has extensive experiences in dealing with trademark prosecution and enforcement.

His practice also focuses on trademark search and watch, administrative protection of trademark right, trademark infringement litigation, legal opinion on trademark infringement, licensing of trademark, domain name dispute resolution, and unfair competition.

From 1984 to 1993, he consecutively held the posts of Deputy Divisional Chief, Divisional Chief and Deputy Director of the Trademark Agency Department of CCPIT. In 1993, he assumed the role of Vice President of CCPIT Patent & Trademark Law Office. From November 1995 to September 2000, he held the position of Chief Representative of the Representative Office of CCPIT in Canada.

Publication and Presentation:
He has published dozens of articles in domestic and foreign newspapers and magazines. He is the chief editor and one of the authors of "TRADEMARK LAW AND PRACTICE OF VARIOUS COUNTRIES AND REGIONS IN THE WORLD".
