Practice Area:
Mr. Long's practice focuses mainly on prosecution and litigation of patent. He has successfully represented many major corporations, especially chemical companies, in patent prosecution and litigation, and accumulated rich experience in patent prosecution and litigation. He has handled more than 800 patent filing and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of material science and engineering, chemical engineering and metallurgy. Mr. Long has handled a lot of patent reexamination and patent invalidation cases before the Patent Reexamination Board, and some patent litigation cases before the courts. In addition, Mr. Long has also drafted a lot of patent applications for domestic clients and filed these patent applications in the major developed countries of the world, such as the USA, Japan and Europe.
