Ms. Li's practice focuses mainly on patent prosecution. She has successfully represented some major corporations, especially biological and pharmaceutical companies, in patent prosecution. She has handled thousands patent filings and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of molecular biology, genetic engineering, organic synthesis, food and cosmetic. Ms. Li has also represented clients in many patent reexamination cases.
