She has successfully represented many major corporations, especially biotechnology companies and pharmaceutical companies, in patent prosecution. She has handled more than one thousand patent filing and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of biology and pharmaceuticals, and accumulated rich experience in patent prosecution. Ms. Li has also handled some patent reexamination and patent invalidation cases before the Patent Reexamination Board.
