Practice Area:
Ms. Li's practice focuses mainly on prosecution and litigation of patent. She has successfully represented some major corporations, especially pharmaceutical companies and biotechnology companies, in patent prosecution and litigation. She has handled more than 700 hundreds patent filing and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of pharmaceuticals, and accumulated rich experience in patent prosecution. Ms. Li has also handled some patent reexamination and patent invalidation cases before the Patent Reexamination Board, and several patent litigation cases before the courts.
