Practice Area:
Ms. Huang's practice focuses mainly on prosecution of patent. She has successfully represented some major corporations, especially cosmetic companies, and polymer companies, in patent prosecution. She has handled more than one thousand patent filing and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of cosmetics and polymers, and accumulated rich experience in patent prosecution. Ms. Huang has also handled some patent reexamination and patent invalidation cases before the Patent Reexamination Board. Ms. Huang also provides legal opinion for some major corporations, which relates to the area of patent infringement, validity of patents and granting prospects of patent applications. In addition, Ms. Huang has also drafted a lot of patent applications for domestic clients and filed these patent applications in the major developed countries of the world, such as the USA, Japan and Europe.
