SIPO Starts to Transmit
PCT Electronic Priority Documents to WIPO

The State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) announced on November 28, 2005 that it officially started to transmit PCT application priority documents to WIPO in an electronic way as from the date of announcement and the first batch of priority documents were transmitted via Internet after the announcement.

It makes SIPO, after the United States of America, Japan and Korea, to become the fourth member state office using electronic channel to transfer PCT priority documents to WIPO.
