CCPIT Ranked Top Chinese Firm for Patent and Trademark

CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office is ranked the top Chinese intellectual property law firm for both patent prosecution and trademark prosecution and trademark/copyright contentious work in the worldwide IP survey conducted by Managing Intellectual Property for 2006. The result marks the eighth time that CCPIT is nominated as the top IP law firm in China.

According to the publication, nomination forms were sent to some 2,000 IP practitioners worldwide. The results of this year's survey are based on a five-month extensive research on the leading IP firms in 60 jurisdictions. All leading firms in each jurisdiction are broken up into tiers based on their depth of expertise, scope of services, experience and reputation.

For patent prosecution category, CCPIT is listed with other two firms in the first tier among 15 leading domestic patent firms. CCPIT is the only one ranked into the first tier for trademark prosecution and trademark/copyright contentious category with nomination of 18 and 12 leading domestic trademark firms respectively.
