Trademark Online Search Available to the Public

From December 26, 2005, the China Trademark Office begins to provide free online trademark search to the public in its official website at www.ctmo.gov.cn.

Information of registered trademarks and pending trademark applications are searchable.

Three types of search are available on the website: search of identical or similar trademarks, search of general trademark information and search of trademark application status.

It was reported that the trademark search database will be updated weekly.
